Involved in Mechanical analysis(Stress, Modal/Vibration ) using Ansys or similar FE 

Software, do hand calculations using classical methods and in-house codes, and perform project management activity.

Experience in Noise and vibration analysis.

Closely interact with Leads and have a high level of communication with the customer and understand their needs, develop plans and drive projects to closure.

Quality Check and Review of the deliverables to meet customer requirements and drive customer metrics.

Familiarity with Mechanical Aircraft components and systems.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles, product development and manufacturing processes.

Hands on experience in Analysis and CAD Software such as Ansys/UG or similar software.

Problem-solving skills and capability to handle new tasks.

Experience in Matlab and Scripting would be an added advantage.

Tool Expertise: Ansys, Vibration/Modal, Hand Calculation.

Resolve complex engineering problems associated with support, design, analysis, and modifications that require for aircraft (rotary and fixed wing) structures and supporting systems. Perform specific engineering and production tasks associated with certifying commercial aircraft. Perform structural/stress analysis guiding production design, verifying structural integrity through use of analytical methods and finite element models while helping to document and certify test results to ensure that customer and regulatory agency requirements are satisfied. Work with airplanes in-service by leading and supporting investigations into emergent issues and failures and provide resolution, analyze improvements and develop processes and tools to improve effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the entire development life cycle. Interface with other members of project engineering, program/product teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement engineering solutions.

1. 5+ years experience in concrete and steel design.
2. Preferable min 2-3 years in substation structures.
3. BE or ME in Civil/Structural Engineering,Statical calculation programs
4. Preferable STAAD PRO, SAP 2000, ETABS and SAFE.
5. Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
6. Good knowledge of MS Office
7. Fluent English

Handling Machine Shop Activities
