Key Responsibilities:

1) PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS TO MEET THEIR EXPECTATIONS.

2) INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ALFA LAVAL PRODUCTS

3) TO DELIVER SERVICE SUPPORT FOR PLANNED SERVICE UNDER PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT

4) WARRANTY SERVICES

5) ON SITE REPAIR AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Key Skill Set: (Technical, Functional)

1) TECHNICAL Should have good Mechanical and Electrical knowledge

2) FUNCTIONAL Should work independently. Must be ready to travel at list 15 to 20 days in month

• Develop process designs with the latest Technologies incorporated after studying the enquiry in detail

• Interact with vendors to get the technical and pricing details

• Prepare a sound Techno-commercial proposals to meet customer requirement

• Ensure all required drawings as requested in the enquiry are submitted

• Ensure accuracy, competitiveness , compliance with design standards

• Ensure that the Proposal Timelines are met

• Work closely with the Proposal Manager and Project Development Team to prepare competitive winning proposals

• Ensure that all costing data’s are available and updated at all times to enable quicker proposal responses

• Attend Techno-commercial meetings with customers as and when required

• Assist Project Development Team for Technical Presentation with Consultants/Customers

• Provide Process design to Project Group after award for the contract

• Provide Process support and expertise during commissioning and trouble shoot

• Update knowledge on Latest Technologies on a regular basis
